Three-stage diamond pad polishing for marble and granite — coarse cut, medium hone, then high gloss with a crystallisation step. Per 1,000 sq ft from PKR 18,000. Quoted after on-site inspection because pad selection depends on current surface condition.

Chemistry that is honest about what it is. Bundle and maintenance pricing
The two most popular combos in Karachi residential service:
Sofa + carpet + mattress (the "upholstery refresh"). Customers usually book one of these three and then realise the other two need it too because the visit triggers comparison. Booked together, the combined ticket is 10–15% cheaper than three separate visits because we do not duplicate setup time, water mixing, and travel. A 7-seater sofa set + one queen mattress + one drawing-room carpet booked as a combo lands around PKR 8,500–14,000 depending on size and soil level versus PKR 10,000–17,000 booked separately. Booked twice a year, this is the maintenance interval that makes sense for most Karachi families.
Water tank quarterly maintenance. Overhead + underground tank cleaned together, twice a year for most homes and four times a year for villas, schools, and commercial buildings. A two-tank quarterly contract for a typical 3-bed home runs around PKR 12,000–16,000 per year, less than two ad-hoc visits would cost individually. Crucially, quarterly maintenance is the only realistic cadence if anyone in the home has had typhoid, E. coli, or recurring gastric infection — the Sindh Health Department's drinking-water guidance and our own field experience both point to tank biofilm as a common reservoir.
Annual full-home deep clean maintenance. Two or three full-home cleans per year (typically pre-monsoon, post-Eid, and pre-winter) booked as a maintenance contract runs 10–20% below the single-visit price. We do not pressure customers into AMC contracts the way pest-control AMCs are often sold — a deep-clean AMC only makes sense if the household actually uses the visits, and many households do not. Discuss the cadence before signing.
Where bundles do not stack. Water tank cleaning does not bundle into upholstery pricing because the equipment, chemistry, and team skill set are different. Floor polishing does not bundle into deep cleaning because it requires the home empty of furniture. Be careful of competitors who advertise PKR 9,999 "everything-included" packages — at that price something has been cut, usually equipment quality, chemical safety, or the time on site to do the job properly.
