Hot water extraction with a low-residue, water-based anti-microbial detergent — the same equipment grade used by hotel housekeeping departments, not consumer carpet shampooers. Per seat: PKR 800–1,800 for fabric, slightly higher for leather conditioning. Standard 3-seat, 5-seat, and 7-seat sets quoted as combos. We service across DHA Phases 1–8, Clifton Blocks 1–9, Bahria Town Karachi, and every neighborhood in between. Dust mite and bed bug allergen flush included on every fabric job because Karachi humidity drives mite populations year-round.
Mattress cleaning

Combined overhead + underground tank booking is the cheaper way to book — quarterly maintenance contracts available for villas, residential towers, and commercial buildings. Full house deep cleaning

Cabinet exteriors, hood and chimney degreasing, gas hob and tile splash-back, sink and tap descaling, and floor scrub. Hood degreaser is alkaline (pH 11–12) for cooked-on oil — we do not use the same neutral product across every surface because it does not work. From PKR 6,500 for a standard 12 × 12 ft kitchen. Washroom deep cleaning
Descaling of tap-ware, glass partitions, and tile grout; toilet bowl and seat sanitisation; mirror, fittings, and exhaust fan housing. Karachi hard water leaves calcium scale that needs a mild acid (citric or dilute hydrochloric) — we apply for short contact time then neutralise. Room deep cleaning

Floor cleaning
Marble, granite, vitrified tile, and porcelain — pH-neutral degreaser plus mechanical scrub for everyday maintenance, alkaline strip for cement film after construction. Per 1,000 sq ft from PKR 8,000. We do not handle wooden flooring deep clean (manufacturer warranty risk on solvent choice) unless the customer accepts written exclusion.
Floor polishing
Three-stage diamond pad polishing for marble and granite — coarse cut, medium hone, then high gloss with a crystallisation step. Per 1,000 sq ft from PKR 18,000. Quoted after on-site inspection because pad selection depends on current surface condition.

Chemistry that is honest about what it is. Bundle and maintenance pricing
The two most popular combos in Karachi residential service:
Sofa + carpet + mattress (the "upholstery refresh"). Customers usually book one of these three and then realise the other two need it too because the visit triggers comparison. Booked together, the combined ticket is 10–15% cheaper than three separate visits because we do not duplicate setup time, water mixing, and travel. A 7-seater sofa set + one queen mattress + one drawing-room carpet booked as a combo lands around PKR 8,500–14,000 depending on size and soil level versus PKR 10,000–17,000 booked separately. Booked twice a year, this is the maintenance interval that makes sense for most Karachi families.
Water tank quarterly maintenance. Overhead + underground tank cleaned together, twice a year for most homes and four times a year for villas, schools, and commercial buildings. A two-tank quarterly contract for a typical 3-bed home runs around PKR 12,000–16,000 per year, less than two ad-hoc visits would cost individually. Crucially, quarterly maintenance is the only realistic cadence if anyone in the home has had typhoid, E. coli, or recurring gastric infection — the Sindh Health Department's drinking-water guidance and our own field experience both point to tank biofilm as a common reservoir.
Annual full-home deep clean maintenance. Two or three full-home cleans per year (typically pre-monsoon, post-Eid, and pre-winter) booked as a maintenance contract runs 10–20% below the single-visit price. We do not pressure customers into AMC contracts the way pest-control AMCs are often sold — a deep-clean AMC only makes sense if the household actually uses the visits, and many households do not. Discuss the cadence before signing.
Where bundles do not stack. Water tank cleaning does not bundle into upholstery pricing because the equipment, chemistry, and team skill set are different. Floor polishing does not bundle into deep cleaning because it requires the home empty of furniture. Be careful of competitors who advertise PKR 9,999 "everything-included" packages — at that price something has been cut, usually equipment quality, chemical safety, or the time on site to do the job properly.

A standard 3-seater sofa takes 30–45 minutes on site; a 7-seater drawing-room set takes 90–120 minutes; a full upholstery refresh covering sofa + carpet + mattress for a 3-bed home is typically 3–4 hours. Drying time after extraction is the longer wait — 4–6 hours for fabric in Karachi summer humidity, 2–3 hours in winter. Leather is dry immediately. We schedule arrival windows in 2-hour blocks and confirm the technician's GPS location ten minutes before arrival.
Are your cleaning chemicals safe for kids and pets?
Yes once dry, which is the qualifier that matters and most cleaning companies skip. Every six months for residential overhead tanks, and the same for underground tanks where the cover seal is intact. Quarterly (every three months) if anyone in the home has had typhoid, E. coli-confirmed gastric infection, or recurring stomach trouble — biofilm in the tank is a common reservoir even after the gut has cleared. The Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) and Sindh Health Department drinking-water guidance support six-month cycles in normal conditions; we add the quarterly recommendation based on field observation of biofilm regrowth rates in Karachi's warm humid storage environment.
Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning options?
Yes — a fully botanical product line based on plant-derived surfactants and essential-oil disinfectants is available for upholstery, mattress, and hard-surface cleaning. It costs roughly 15–25% more than our standard line because the imports are smaller volume and contact times are longer (so the technician is on site longer). Honest disclosure: "eco-friendly" is not a regulated term in Pakistan, so we tell customers exactly which products we are using and where they are sourced rather than relying on a green leaf on the bottle. Water tank cleaning is not offered as fully botanical because chlorine is the WHO-recommended residual disinfectant and we will not compromise drinking water safety for marketing.
What's the difference between deep cleaning and regular cleaning?
Regular cleaning (housemaid maintenance) is surface dust removal, daily floor mopping, kitchen counter wipe-down, and bathroom rinse — done weekly or twice weekly by household staff. Deep cleaning is everything you cannot reach without moving furniture, climbing on ladders, or using commercial-grade equipment: ceiling fans, AC indoor unit fins, light fixtures, behind appliances, inside cabinet exteriors, exhaust hood degrease, grout scrub, baseboard wash, and so on. Most Karachi homes need a deep clean two to three times a year (pre-monsoon, post-Eid, pre-winter) on top of regular weekly maintenance — they are complementary, not substitutes. If a maid claims to "do deep cleaning daily" it is regular cleaning relabelled.
Can you clean upholstery without removing it?
Yes — that is the entire point of hot water extraction equipment. Sofas, mattresses, fixed-installed carpets, and most blinds are cleaned in place. The extractor sprays the cleaning solution and immediately vacuums it back out in the same pass; the fabric stays moist for an hour or two then dries fully. We do not need to disassemble furniture or remove items from the home. Exceptions: silk curtains, antique hand-knotted carpets needing specialised treatment, and any item with a manufacturer label specifying off-site cleaning — those we take to our DHA Phase 4 workshop and return within 2–3 days.
Do you provide commercial cleaning services?
Yes — restaurants, schools, clinics, offices, residential towers, and commercial buildings. The differences from residential: scheduled outside operating hours (early morning or late evening at no extra charge), HACCP/Sindh Food Authority compliant chemistry for food-contact areas, itemised invoices for procurement, and AMC contracts running 6, 12, or 24 months. Is there a guarantee on your cleaning services?
Yes — we re-do at no charge if a customer is not satisfied with a specific area on the day of service, reported within 24 hours. For upholstery and carpet stain removal we tell the customer up front during inspection whether a stain is likely to lift fully, partially, or not at all (set-in ink, oxidised blood, old curry, and Pakistani turmeric stains are the realistic "not always" category) — that honesty up front avoids the post-service argument. For water tank cleaning the guarantee is the documented chlorine residual reading and visual inspection photos shared on WhatsApp before and after. ISO 9001:2015 process consistency means the same standard applies whether you book one job or twenty.
