This policy explains what information Nest Fumigation Services (Pvt.) Ltd collects when you use nestfumigationservices.com or contact us about pest control, fumigation or cleaning work, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate, because you should actually be able to tell what happens to your details.

What we collect
Information you give us directly
When you fill in a quote form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the area of Karachi you are in, the service you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message box. Name and phone are the only required fields — the rest help us quote accurately without a site visit.
If you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp phone number and display name along with your messages, including any photos you send us. Customers frequently send photos of pest activity so we can identify the species before quoting; those photos are treated the same as any other message.
If you become a customer, we also hold the service address, the treatment record for each visit, the chemistry and dosage applied, warranty dates, and invoicing details. We are required to keep service records to honour warranties and to support the documentation our commercial clients need for audits.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors find and use the site — which pages are read, which links are clicked, and which search terms brought you here. This is aggregated behavioural data, not personal identification.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymised session activity such as mouse movement, scrolling and clicks, and produces heatmaps. We use it to find broken layouts and confusing pages. Clarity masks text input by default, so what you type into a form is not captured in these recordings.
Our web host records standard server logs including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. These are used for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
Cookies on this site fall into two groups. Necessary cookies keep the site functioning — they remember, for example, that you have already dismissed our quote popup so it does not reappear on every page. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity as described above.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; we simply lose the ability to see how it is being used.
How we use your information

- To schedule, carry out and follow up a treatment
- To honour warranties — we need the original service record to do this
- To provide the service documentation that commercial clients need for HACCP, ISO 22000 and Sindh Food Authority [1] inspections

We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not build advertising profiles from them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other pest control companies or marketing lists.
We share the minimum necessary with: the technicians assigned to your job; our accountant and the tax authorities where the law requires it; and the service providers that run this site — Google (Analytics, Tag Manager), Microsoft (Clarity), our hosting provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to contact us that way. Each of those providers has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the data it receives.
If a commercial client asks us for service documentation about their own site, we provide it to them — that is the point of the record.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for about twelve months, after which they are deleted. Customer service records are kept for the length of the warranty plus a reasonable period afterwards, because a warranty claim is impossible to assess without the original record. Invoices and financial records are kept as long as Pakistani tax law requires. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s and Microsoft’s own retention settings.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything wrong, ask us to delete your enquiry, or tell us to stop contacting you. Email contact@nestfumigationservices.com or call +92-311-1101810 and we will action it.
One limit worth stating honestly: if you have an active warranty with us, we cannot delete the service record it depends on without also ending the warranty. We will explain that before doing anything.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do the work. We hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, and our record-keeping procedures form part of that quality management system.
Children
This site is aimed at property owners and facility managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
